PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Planning permission was received from Gravesham Borough Council on behalf of a private client for a single storey rear extension, raising of the roof and conversion of roof space to form habitable rooms at first floor level. The proposal replaces the existing hipped roof with a higher gable-ended roof to provide a main bedroom and bathroom space. This master suite has a large Juliette balcony facing north, maximising the splendid views. The ground floor is reorganised to provide a large open-plan family kitchen /living area, which opens out to large patio into the garden.
